【Working Principle】The roller crusher is mainly composed of rollers, roller support bearings, pressing and adjusting devices, and driving devices. The main working part of this machine is to install two opposite rotating rollers in parallel on two horizontal shafts, one of which rotates in a fixed bearing body and the other rotates in an adjustable bearing.
【Adjustable Discharge Port】The clockwise rotation spacing becomes smaller and the clockwise rotation spacing becomes larger. The discharge port can be adjusted between the two rollers moves the bearing body through an adjustment mechanism composed of a hand wheel, a screw sleeve, and tensioning bolts.During adjustment, the nut must be loosened.
【Note】This machine has no plug and needs to be connected to the air switch for use by the customer. This machine is only allowed to start under load. If there is a jam or shutdown during use, immediately cut off the power supply and remove the material.
